- IECC Code Compliance Reports for your submittal
- Prescriptive or Performance Path Reports, based on your design inputs
- Certificate of IECC Compliance
- PDF of IECC Label to be printed for electrical panel
- Letter of Intent for municipality or state
- Two or three day turnaround on reports (depending on project size)
- One hour of consulting included
- Prompt redline support (if needed)
- Updates and input delivered at all stages of process (e.g. VE revisions, changes in bids, etc)
- PHOENIX AREA TESTING AND INSPECTING
- IECC tests and inspections based on your local code
- Blower Door Testing (2012 IECC mandatory, at final)
- Diagnostics for all failures included at no additional cost
- Duct Testing (2012 IECC mandatory unless all ducts in conditioned space, preferably at frame)
